“This is how much I love you,” Rodney growled as he checked his appearance in the mirror. The zig-zag stripe across his yellow shirt seemed to wiggle if he looked at it too long. His hair had been brushed back and gelled down just a bit, which Rodney felt made him look even more bald than usual. That was, of course, the point.

“At least no one's going to be tripping all over your prop,” Lorne pointed out, holding up the tattered blue blanket he'd be dragging around all evening. His hair was a bit mussy and his shirt was red with horizontal stripes.

“Ha, ha,” Rodney picked up the big stuffed beagle he'd borrowed from Simpson. The scarf and old fashioned flight helmet and goggles had been borrowed from Caldwell of all people.

“Red Baron beware!” Lorne chuckled as he leaned in, tugging the scientist close for a kiss.

“If Jeanie calls you her sweet babboo, I can't be held responsible for my actions,” Rodney grumbled but he couldn't help a smile as Lorne adopted the classic pose, blanket held to his ear, thumb in his mouth.
